Iconic not charging

My Iconic will not charge. Its only a few weeks old. it went flat overnight so i put charge but nothing is happening. I have cleaned the terminals. I have tried charging it with 4 different USB outlets with 2 different charging cables - also new. Not getting any luv back from the device. it is dead..unresponsive.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. I ran out of charge yesterday and put it on charge last night. This morning it is apparently dead. I've tried different cables, adapters, and wall sockets.

Hi again

I pressed the left hand and right hand bottom button together for about 15 seconds before the Fitbit logo came up. It had not charged and I have now put it on charge.

Just tried the same and it worked for me.

It would be great the Fitbit gurus had this solution in their troubleshooting guide.
