Iconic won't turn on

Hi, my iconic won't turn on even after the recommended pressing the back (left) and bottom (right) buttons for around 10 secs. Anyone have this problem?

Mine won't turn on either since yesterday.  I am not sure if it will not take a charge or what?

I have tried restarting it, cleaning it, checking the plug in port with other usb cords, nothing is working.

Good luck with this, I had the same issue.  I am 18 days into the warranty replacement process with no end in sight...

Yes, I am having the same problem.  My first Ionic worked great for about two weeks then went dark and never came back.  I exchanged it at the store and now, about two weeks later this one has gone dark also.  Wondering if this an ongoing issue? or is there a way to restart them?

When you call in or use the chat they make you feel like you don't know how to use your device and say this is the first time that they have heard of this happening.  There is something to be said for honesty, say it is an issue with the current OS and are working to fix it, but at least acknowledge that it may not be user error.  (Seems strange that this many users would be producing the same error.)

Mine tooo just stopped working. Will not wake up - just a blank screen. Tried all the reset techniques offered in the forum.

Same thing with mine ..about 2 weeks ago purchased it from best buy.  Nothing seems to restart with reccomended steps...is it worth keeping?

Yup, good luck getting it replaced. They'll place the blame on you and refuse to replace it. Because it's some how your fault, not their devices are faulty. They'll use any excuse too and beat around the bush.

I was given a new replacement today from bestbuy. The strange thing is i could not pay for extended wage of any kind.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S10+, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone
