Yes, I am having the same problem. My first Ionic worked great for about two weeks then went dark and never came back. I exchanged it at the store and now, about two weeks later this one has gone dark also. Wondering if this an ongoing issue? or is there a way to restart them?
When you call in or use the chat they make you feel like you don't know how to use your device and say this is the first time that they have heard of this happening. There is something to be said for honesty, say it is an issue with the current OS and are working to fix it, but at least acknowledge that it may not be user error. (Seems strange that this many users would be producing the same error.)
Same thing with mine ..about 2 weeks ago purchased it from best buy. Nothing seems to restart with reccomended steps...is it worth keeping?
Best AnswerYup, good luck getting it replaced. They'll place the blame on you and refuse to replace it. Because it's some how your fault, not their devices are faulty. They'll use any excuse too and beat around the bush.
