Iconic won’t turn on..

My battery was at 50% so I figured I had down time and would charge it after 2 hrs it would not turn on. The green sensor is not going on at all. I have watched the you tube videos to restart holding down all buttons then releasing on and continuing to hold the others . I’ve had it 4 months. Any ideas? Or thoughts
