The time here (GMT) is 1858 but the Ionic watch says 1248.  Previously it has kept perfect time for years.

Go to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings.  Scroll down to Time zone and set it correctly.  Then scroll on down and click on Submit and then sync your tracker.

Hi @Whizdom, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Ionic it should display the time that's currently setup on your mobile device. You can check such information on your phone settings to see if the time zone settings are correctly configured.

However, this may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Fitbit account on Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? or follow the ones that were shared by our friend @SunsetRunner.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
