Interval training won’t map on Ionic

My interval training won’t map in the Fitbit app. I have an ionic and have just started doing interval training but they won’t map. I map it on Strava using my iPhone but would like to leave my phone at home and just use the gps on the ionic. I feel like i’ve wasted money buying a watch with gps if I have to take my phone with me as well to map it. Does anyone have the same problem and have managed to troubleshoot the problem?

What’s does the factory reset lose. Is it much trouble getting back to the way you had it?  Do you lose music? I have music on mine.

Hi, @cdhunter, yes you will lose music.  You will have to re-set up everything, unfortunately.

Checked my interval training exercise this evening and now have split data on the web dash board. Didn’t do anything different to the app today. They must have made some changes. Maybe the map will be fixed soon. Still not showing on app, but is still working on the web dashboard.
