Ionic BPM doesn't work

Hello guys

This is ny 2nd ionic, my first one died without out a reason...

I just received my 2nd one as a Christmas gift, it was working properly for a couple of days, then yesterday it didn't track my sleep and I realized that BPM doesn't work- i did a reset more than 6 times and a factory reset once and the problem still exists, any ideas? I love this watch but if the 2nd one does not work will get very disappointed

After one more resets the BPM worked- another issue came up as the swipe down or left it doesn't work, it seems like the screen lost it's ability to sensor any touch....I already did 2 factory resets and a a few more regular resets but it doesn't want to swipe- now I am really stuck....any ideas?
