My Ionic screen was broken recently when I came off my MTB and I'm just wondering whether and how to replace the screen and how likely is it that it is only the screen or am I just wasting money. I can still use the tracker as there is a small portion of the screen still showing at the bottom, but it's starting to get very frustrating. Thanks

I see where your frustration is coming from. The Ionic's screen can't be replaced. However if you'd like I could create a case on your behalf with our Support team and they can double check the available options. Keep in mind that they are based in the Fitbit Warranty.
