Woke up this morning and my Ionic, which was purchased early January, 2018, is dead. No response to button pushes, no senor lights on backside, no response when the charger is attached. Attempted reset didn't work (Left and bottom buttons).
Would seriously appreciate any input or advice.

Sometimes doing the restart 3 times in a row helps.

Hello @JimWR and Welcome. @WendyB provided some great assistance. If you purchased your Ionic "Directly" from Fitbit, you get a 1 year warranty. Other retailers may offer different warranty options. Please give the 3 restarts a go and if that fails, definitely contact Customer Service. Please post back should you need any further assistance!
