Hi Guys
had a search of the forums but couldn't find anything quite like I'm experiencing.
In short, since the update the tracking of distances for walks/runs I've been doing for years has changed. EG, a route I did today that I know is 6k (have done it 100 times), tracked at just under 5k. This has happened on each run/walk since the update . Worth noting that the step count seems to be around the same
Is there anything I can do to get this back on track?

@Quaz I hope you're doing well! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with Ionic distance tracked since updating it to its latest firmware version.
In this case, I'd recommend performing a restart on your watch. This should refresh the inner components of the device and should track correctly afterwards. This has helped other users in the past.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

Hi Santi
Appreciate the help, but no, it didnt fix it .
Just to double check , I did a straight walk that I know is 2k (Google Maps confirms this) . Up and back so it should be 4k however my fitbit shows 2.89k
It's way off
(also apologies - this should be in the Versa section, not Ionic!)
