Ionic Firmware update failed now ionic screen is blank

I had a firmware update available so I started updating my ionic over bluetooth and after about 3 hours it said update failed on my phone. I had my ionic on the charger the entire time and the batter was at 100% but the screen is blank.  I tried holding the left and bottom buttons but it will not restart. I also tried holding all 3 buttons on the ionic but it nothing happens.  I cannot get the screen to display anything, its black as if it was turned off and I dont know what to do.

I contacted support and we tried restarting it then they confirmed it was broke. My warranty was up but they gave me a discount on a new ionic so I'm happy about that. This issue has been resolved.
