Ionic GPS not working

My Ionic’s GPS stopped working so I reset device to factory settings.  Now the ionic starts up shows Fitbit icon, then shuts off, the on, then off.....in perpetuity.  I did the reset that Fitbit recommended 5 times and I have same problem.  Has anyone else seen this problem?
