Hi,
During my bike rides, it happens that my workout stops because the touch screen moves on its own. This is due to friction from clothing, rain, etc.
Can I disable the touch screen application to prevent this?

Hi @Bacwardi, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. Let me share with you that it's not possible to use your Ionic only with its buttons, however, you can disable the QuickView feature of your device to avoid the display to be turned on during your workouts. To do so, please open the quick settings on your watch by swiping down from the top of the screen, and tap the quick settings icon. Then, in the quick settings screen, tap the screen wake icon to adjust the setting:
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
