I started a download of a Bitmoji clock face to my Ionic - after reading I needed to set up an account with Bitmoji and connect it to Snapchat I figure I don't need that clock face!
Question; is how do I cancel the download which has continued for days now sending me reports of unable to complete the download BUT I cannot seem to find a way to cease/cancel the download? I don't have Snapchat nor do I want that platform and I am not interested in opening an account with Bitmoji either; anyone out there who can assist me please?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, please try to change once again the clock face of your Ionic following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi again Ricardo, I have followed the instructions, however as I'm still experiencing sync problems I cannot complete the change of clock face? As the watch tries to sync all day it's using the battery life in the process??

It's now 4 hours later and the Ionic still won't sync the change of watch face or sync in the steps for today - I've tried everything apart from deleting the device from my dashboard page - as I've done this already over 6 times previously then faced the same problems I'm having now!
