I just got the new Fitbit Ionic and it is having loads of problems. It did not automatically recognize my run yesterday, nor did it track my route, pace or distance. It does not track my sleep or steps per hour. It appears that it is not syncing properly either. Sometimes I receive text alerts; sometimes I don't.
Is Fitbit aware of these issues? Are you working on a solution? Or do you have a fix already?
Please email me to let me know. I loved my Fitbit Charge2 and am feeling frustrated and a bit disappointed in my new Ionic. It looks beautiful but is not working properly!
