There's clearly lots of issues with the ionic, will there be a recall? The device is innacurate when it comes to steps and work it's from my experience. I can't rely on it syncing like it should. I've tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works after 24 hrs or so. Can't rely on notifications at all, that's hardly every worked and when it does it's very rare and doesn't last more then a day. What are you guys going to do? Did u water a lot of money on something that doesn't work and I'm stuck with it? I definitely won't recommend any of your devices and won't ever buy another device done there seems to be a lack of caring for your customers.

Considering the small amount of problems and posts I see on the board. I don't see where it is a wide spread problem .Most have felt the latest firmware has been a positive step.

As for a recall you would need to ask Fitbit.

I agree I have an old HR 2 and that seems to be so much more accurate the ionic is way off with his GPS step-counting heart rate and everything.
