Just got my Ionic yesterday. Cannot get notifications on the Ionic. Also cannot get correct exercise on the Ionic device. Shows on my phone and laptop with corrections but will not reset on the device. Had a Blaze for two years. No issues. Help please.

Are you using a supported device? If you are, please follow these notifications troubleshooting steps to sort that out.
What do you mean that your exercises are not resetting on your watch? Can you provide more details and a picture of it?
You could also perform a restart on your watch. This usually helps sorting some situations you may experience.
