Ionic Not Receiving Call Notifications

I get all other notifications, just not getting calls.  Paired with Galaxy S7.  Have restarted/unpaired-paired/reset....all the stuff.  Still not working.  Tried sending test call notification from app, nothing.  Both watch and phone are up to date with firmware.  Any ideas?  Thank you.

@KerwinAJ A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

 

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. It's pretty weird that you're receiving all the other notifications but calls. 

 

Please try the following troubleshooting: 

- Log out from the Fitbit app, force quit it 

- Clear the cache of the app 

- Remove the Ionic from Bluetooth 

- Make sure the app is running in the background 

- Set the notifications from scratch 

 

Once you've done this, please try sending a test call notification again by going into the app > Tap your profile picture > notifications > 3 dots upper right corner > Send a test call notification. 

 

Additionally make sure you have granted the Fitbit app all the permissions. When did this start happening?
