Ionic Not Syncing

My Ionic isn't syncing to my phone. I have android and it synced before. I have searched for updates to the app, made sure my location is on, and my bluetooth is on. I don't know what else to do?

@rsteinhoff Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for checking for updates and making sure that location services are on. Are you still experiencing this?

 

Talking about updates, the latest version of the Fitbit App for Android devices was released today (version 2.65). I highly recommend updating the app as soon as you can. That should certainly help you out. 

 

Also, if you keep experiencing the same, please try the following:

 

  • Restart your Ionic.
  • Log out from the Fitbit App.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Log back in to the Fitbit App.
  • Restart Bluetooth on your phone (turn it off, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on).
  • Try syncing.
