Ionic Not receiving calls

Just got my ionic today and I've been reading these forms and I've tried to reset, pair, install, uninstall unpair, re start, allow all settings notifications etc etc and im getting pissed and ready to return this thing.

 

I can receive notifications from other apps But i can't receive calls or even the "test call" notification in the app doesn't come through

What phone are you using? It might be a compatability issue. Or it might be a setting on your phone stopping them.

I'm having the same issue. It worked until a software update. (2 updates ago) Hasn't worked since and cannot find it in the settings anymore. Last time I had issues they told me it was because I have a windows phone. Updated phone to windows 10 and worked for a while. Doesn't work on my wifes charge 2 either. She has a Iphone 7 IOS 10.
