Ionic Screen Keeps displaying Screen Awake and Notification Settings

My Ionic keeps displaying the Screen Awake and Notification Settings, and vibrates when they are displayed.  It seems no matter what I do, they reappear and the Ionic vibrates.  I did a factory reset, which caused it to update the software/firmware.  I also removed the Ionic from my iPhone Xs and re-added it.  None of these steps have stopped the problem.  This is really frustrating.  I've had it for a year and it seemed to work fine until a recent software/firmware update.  Does anyone have a resolution for this issue?

My Ionic eventually died about 15 months after purchase. I contacted
Fitbit and they offered 20% off if I purchased a new one. I now wear
Garmin.
