Ionic Screen fell off

My wife bought this for me couple years ago. I really like it I was doing some work today and my son noticed something odd I looked and well the was off I went tracking the places I was and there it was on ground. After looking at this I have noticed this is a ongoing issue how can I get this fixed not going to lie I really miss this already.

How do I get it fixed I've had for couple years and very disappointed that the face fell off and now to learn it is an ongoing issue with the ionic

This just happened to me while I was charging. My Ionic is 2 years old and just out of warranty. This is happening a lot to other folks, just google. Fitbit only offered me a 25% discount on my next Fitbit...so here I come Apple watch.
