My wife bought this for me couple years ago. I really like it I was doing some work today and my son noticed something odd I looked and well the was off I went tracking the places I was and there it was on ground. After looking at this I have noticed this is a ongoing issue how can I get this fixed not going to lie I really miss this already.

This just happened to me while I was charging. My Ionic is 2 years old and just out of warranty. This is happening a lot to other folks, just google. Fitbit only offered me a 25% discount on my next Fitbit...so here I come Apple watch.
