Ionic - Text Notifications

Anyone having issues with text notifications on Ionic? Every third or fourth day I have to go into settings turn off texts and than turn back on and than restart the device? Any known issues or possible fixes please?

I’m having an issue too! Sometimes I get the notifications but it doesn’t buzz to let me know!!

Do you turn off notifications and than restart your device and it starts working again? I was thinking of uninstalling the App or factory reset the device to see if it fixes it unless someone had another suggestion,

I’ve tried all of that but it still doesn’t buzz to alert me!!

Mine buzzes - my issue is that it stops after a few days and I have to turn notifications off and than on again and restart Ionic and my iPhone

I just removed the ionic like I was setting up a new device and then added it. Now my fitbit is buzzing!! Try that.
