Ionic Vibration

My replacement ionic does not vibrate as sting as my old one. I have it set to strong but I barely feel it. The normal and strong feel the same. I have reset multiple times, changed settings, restarted but have had no luck with increasing the strength of the vibration. I can not use it as an alarm as I sleep through it. Any other suggestions?

Might be a silly question since you said you've restarted it several times but are you sure your Ionic has the latest firmware installed?

Mines on version 27.33.1.30 in the settings menu -> about.

 

Ever since there recent update mine literally vibrates like crazy...To the point were it gives me a slight fright in the morning...
