My cat knocked my ionic off the shelf onto a tile floor, it stopped tracking my heart rate and steps. I tried resetting to factory settings and it's almost dead and won't charge. is there a way to fix this?

Hi @dolphngrl, I would contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page). It sounds like when the cat knocked the device off the shelf, it may have knocked something out of place on the device, charger, or both.
