Ionic accuracy issue

My ionic watch has been a mess since the last software update. It is way-off in monitoring distance and steps, randomly stops monitoring. Has problem in monitoring sleep. I had this watch for the last 2 years with no issues. Is any body else has similar issue or has solution to the problem.

After last software update, my Ionic is a mess. It stops recording in middle of hike. It is way of in distance and steps monitoring. Once in a while fails to monitor sleep.
