my Fitbit battery used to last a week but now it won’t even last for 3 hours. This is my 4th or 5th Fitbit and this has never ever happened before. I have had my ionic for about 14-16 months and I feel like it should have lasted a lot lot longer than that. Is there a way to get a replacement for my Fitbit as I believe this is not right. Thanks in advance

I have looked through these tips and also looked thoroughly through the community to see if there is any tips there and none of them work. Also when I go to try and get a chat line up it says there isn’t any available. Would love if a replacement is possible and thanks in advance
