My ionic was on 27% battery but then suddenly said 0%. I put it on charge and it flickered between the ionic symbol, 0% and the normal screen with 27% still on. I did a reset holding the 2 buttons and now the screen is completely black even when on charge and even if I try another reset. It's still under warranty but the store is currently closed. I've contacted fitbit but it says they're taking around 7 business days to respond 😭 has anybody else experienced this please?
