Hi to you all !

 

I have this question. 

 

Have you recently issues with your device that, turns off by itself and after a restart, turns on but with battery depleted ? And after a while, the device shows it has battery again ?

The last month this happened to me several times. But i didn’t bother. But since yesterday my Fitbit don’t wanna startup anymore. It flickers now the logo only and goes not further. He just lets see the logo and nothing happens any more

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in both of your posts. To better assist you with your devices, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your devices completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
