So, after swimming with my supposedly 50 metre water resistant ionic, my smart watch screen has appeared black, and the sensor stopped working. Ive tried resetting, and restarting the device and recharging it over the past month or so but without luck, so I’ve resulted to contacting for support. Please find some way to fix my watch. Thanks

Please let me know if you restarted your Fitbit device as described in this help article. Also, let me know what did our Fitbit Support tell you in regards this issue?
