I have had my replacement Ionic for a little over a month and it’s already not working. What an absolute joke. Had 6 Charge HR due to strap bubbling then my Charge 2 game my skin a rash. I thought the Ionic would be better.
My first Ionic decided to just stop working completely mad today my replacement started to stop scrolling, then the screen became unresponsive completely mad now it’s died. No screen, no buttons, no nothing. Not impressed. I will be contacting MasterCard to attempt to get my money back tomorrow.

I received a replacement last month and mine isn't working either as of yesterday. So frustrating!
It started with the HR not working and then died completely. Have had it plugged in for over 12 hrs and this is the screen I get IF I can get it to turn on. Have done multiple resets.

My third replacement is on its way. I’m thinking I just sell it and buy an Apple Watch. Not sure what I’m going to do yet. I’m quickly losing faith in the longevity of Fitbit products

Hey @SunsetRunner and @Tara0137, it's great to see you around.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue by yourselves. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you both have already created cases with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
If you are going to receive a replacement, you can follow the instructions provide in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? to set it up.
Keep me posted. ![]()
