Hello,
my screen is black since wednesdag 04-12-2019 black.
Nothing helps! Factory reset with buttons and with power on. Nothing.
I buyed this watch in Orlando 03 febr 2018
How about guarantee? I live in Gemany.
How can I solve this?
Have I still my guarantee…?

Same thing happened to my ionic fitbit.
On the same day Wednesday 4th December 2019, I have got black screen, last synchronize were at 6 am and showed empty battery on the application, my fitbit ionic won't charge,compleatly dead.
I tried to reset it by pressing the left bottom and bottom button at the same time for 10 sec but nothing happened.
I bought it through Amazon on August 2018.
Any help, please!!

Hello,
many people have issues with black screens and nothing helps.
I should think ...FITBIT push one button and lot of people received a update for black screen and FITBIT hopes that this people buy new FITBIT 😉
I'm joking, but it's crazy that many people have the same issue.
I buy active 2 Samsung and FITBIT don't see me not anymore.
