Hi, my ionic had problems updating, connecting on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and now finally that I have updated it, only the first page appears with the time. Once I tap on it, it doesn't show any data it just goes blank. Please help.

@Mayako Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for posting the situation you are currently experiencing with your Ionic after updating it to its latest OS version. Thanks for sharing those details.
I'd recommend performing a restart on your watch. This should refresh its inner components and help out to get this fixed.
Something else I have seen that has helped other users is changing the clock face on your watch. I'd recommend trying that too in case the restart doesn't make the trick.
