Has anyone else had an issue we’re the watch is on, but a blank screen, can’t get any of the settings, yet the alarm will still go off, measure your heartbeat and steps, vibrates when phone rings, but just a blank screen. Tried all the restarts and reboots and also let the battery die. Nothing wants to work. Any other suggestions? Watch is now 3yrs old.

Mine began doing the same thing Friday. I have tried all the restarts
and resets but nothing has worked.

Thanks for taking the time to share what you've experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. @Davidbennett71, if you haven't done so, I suggest trying the following:
@Scott1962 I appreciate the steps that you have tried so far to fix the issue, do you mind to confirm if you have tried to change the clock face as described above?

Hi Cindy- thank you for the quick reply. I can get to the clock face but the install option is grayed out and will not allow me to select it.

I did find one to install. I clicked install and it took only a few seconds. My Fitbit vibrated but still doesn't display a clock face.

As per the information that you have shared, it seems that is just the display the one that is not able to turn on, because your Ionic is still syncing, in this case since the inconvenience has persisted, my best recommendation is contact our Support Team so they can look deeper into the issue and help you with this matter.
