New Iconic user..............although the diff is slight, the brightness top-to-bottom of the nos. displayed is noticeable (brighter at the top of the nos, less bright toward the bottom), not a big deal just curious if that's simply a characteristic of the lens, viewing angle or something similar.

@zipcode, if I look at the screen directly onto it, I do not notice any difference. If I rotate it away from me, then the bottom is dimmer and as I rotate it the entire display continues to dim. If I rotate it towards me, I see the reverse. Is this what you are seeing?
Best AnswerAnd BTW thanks for this input...........................also curious about the general 'life' expectancy of the Fitbit Iconic. My Charge 2 has done several good years and I guess I just always assumed that you could keep charging and recharging these guys indefinitely. From some of the comments, apparently that is not the case. In view of your Fitbit experience, I'd appreciate your thoughts...................of course as a gadget junkie, I'll probably move on to the latest and greatest in a couple of years 😞
