Not sure if anyone is having the same problem but I find the charging cable for the ionic is completely useless. My ionic is just over 6 mon the old and I am now finding that I spend a large portion of time with my watch on low power and I am unable to connect the cable without physically "pushing" the connectors together.. clearly this is not ideal/how it was designed to work... any ideas on after market chargers that may be better?... I am currently looking at my watch displaying 0% and am supposed to be tracking any training for the GNR... ay help VERY much appreciated....

@BolullaJake have you tried Cleaning your Ionic's charging port? If this or any of the other Charging Diagnostics don't help, then I would suggest contacting Customer Support so they can assist you further.

Best AnswerI am having the issue with my Ionic. I got it for Christmas 2018 and have bought 3 different types of chargers for it and still cannot get it to charge. It's dead and wont recharge. I have cleaned it and everything. I am so mad because i spent all this money on it but still have to keep going back to my Charge 2 to use because the Ionic won't charge.

I had to get a pin and give the "port" around the 3 charging pins a good scrape... the cable just wasn't seating properly...
