Hi,
I have been using an Ionic for a little over 2 years now. I really have had no problem besides late update notifications. Last night the display decided to act up. It showed a blue pinkish line at the bottom of the display. I contacted customer support and after trying to reset the watch was told that it was out of warranty and nothing else could be done. I was offered a 25% discount. I have decided to keep the watch until it completely fails. Today I looked at the display and the line disappeared but now I have a blue/ purple circle behind the flame icon inside the calorie ring. Has anyone here had this happen to their Ionic? Once the watch completely dies I'm moving to Garmin.

Before you give up, sergio, Try a Factory Reset if you haven't already.

It’s good to see you in the community, @RCPLUM.
Thank you for providing a photo of the issue with your watch. I recommend trying the following:
- Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Switch to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
