Ionic display acting up

Hi,

I have been using an Ionic for a little over 2 years now. I really have had no problem besides late update notifications. Last night the display decided to act up. It showed a blue pinkish line at the bottom of the display. I contacted customer support and after trying to reset the watch was told that it was out of warranty and nothing else could be done. I was offered a 25% discount. I have decided to keep the watch until it completely fails. Today I looked at the display and the line disappeared but now I have a blue/ purple circle behind the flame icon inside the calorie ring. Has anyone here had this happen to their Ionic? Once the watch completely dies I'm moving to Garmin. IMG_7846.jpg

Before you give up, sergio, Try a Factory Reset if you haven't already.

It’s good to see you in the community, @RCPLUM.

Thank you for providing a photo of the issue with your watch. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Switch to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
