Ionic display went blank

My Ionic which was set up in June 2020 went blank today. Totally black. No lights on back. No lighted screen. No vibration. Tried reset and factory reset. Nothing. Do not know if on or off screen as nothing. Plugged in to charge although it did have a charge prior to blackout. Nothing. The Syncing device is an IPhone SE 2020. I am using this platform as I am not on Tweeter and have no intention of opening an account on Tweeter.

Nothing whatsoever on the screen and no lights on the back? Have you investigated whether the problem is simply your charging cable has gone bad? IF that's not the problem, your battery may be dead.

No lights. Not thinking the charging cable as charged fine and was at 75% last evening. If battery what recourse do I have?  Battery has not showed any signs of power issues during daily use.
