Ionic doesn't charge anymore

it s been several Times that ionic don t charge.

in spite of many tries describe on the forum it keeps light off

I have the same issue with my Ionic since mid Aug, I did as suggested as per list. I have now the constant bright Fitbit logo, the battery icon shows charging , but my Ionic is NOT charging. Not even after plugged in and lit up for hours , the app on my android EF 20  sees my Ionic  suggest to install the available firmware but due to low battery power it won't etc etc..  Fitbit / Google is not helping.   I am really NOT happy Google.
