Went swimming in a 5" fresh water pool while on vacation. My Ionic vibrated twice (as though I had a phone call) and hasn't worked since. Any help on this situation would be appreciated.

I was trying to get a solution to my problem in the community when my wife
advised me to call Fitbit customer service. A replacement Ionic is on the
