Ionic fails to sync and loses time

I have had Ionic since June 2018 with no issues. It has started losing time so I did a reset which seemed to fix the issue. Noticed it had again lost time so I removed from my iPhone 8 and added as a new device which again seemed to fix the issue. Have woken up this morning to find that device has again lost time and won’t sync. Have seen other posts with the same problem but no solution that works!

Hello @Pamelab2812  there are plenty of steps for the Android app that works.

I'm not familiar with iOS but a search should help, also editing your post to include iOS in the subject will help users no that your issue is with the iOS phone.

I find many solved threads about sync issues in the iOS forum.

Thanks for your reply. Already found and tried all of those ‘solutions’. Last fix I tried yesterday worked at first but Ionic again won’t sync and current time here is 6.54 am and Ionic shows 4.30am.
