On the app I have the banner at the top saying I have a new update.
Every time I try to download it....10 minutes later it says it failed. Wifi or Bluetooth, every time it fails.

Hi @Mkeo33, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the firmware update issue that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help page. Finally, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
