Ionic frozen

Watch has frozen. Holding the left button for a few seconds does not work either. Any other way to restart it?

The restart instructions are:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Thanks for that, however, it does not do anything. Totally frozen.

That's the only real tool we have so it's probably best to contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com

@pbath in that case, it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
