For the last month my Iconic Heart Rate has read 🖤??? And 0 for steps. I have to manually sync my watch to my phone almost every day to get the clock to update

A warm welcome to the Community @24vqt. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed.

If your heart rate isn't working, please try the steps mentioned on this article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?. Also, reply to the following questions:

- Is your Ionic showing step data in your display?

- Is it only not tracking your step information?

- Do you sync everyday?

I am syncing my watch everyday. I was not aware that this had to be done.

It it is not showing steps or heart rate on my display. 37D32EEC-A381-408B-94B4-00D63F04C999.jpeg

Thanks for getting back @24vqt. Sorry for the delayed reply.

It's pretty weird that your heart rate and steps aren't showing properly in your Blaze's display. I would like you to try changing the clock face to a different one and then check if this data shows in your tracker.

Let me know how it goes.
