I have tried holding all combination of buttons to start. I suspected the battery not being charged. I charged the battery for nearly 5 hours with no effect. Then I suspected the Charging Cable. I bought a new Charging Cable from the Fitbit Online Shop. Still no change. I used both the USB ports on the Laptop as well as the wall charger for checking the charging of the Fitbit. alas no change. I am heartbroken now. Can anyone help??
