Ionic just started changing between apps by itself and won't stop changing and vibrating each time

@DenMats Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I would like you to try restarting it and then check if it works as expected. Your Fitbit Ionic could vibrate for a couple of things, including setting an alarm, hitting your step goal or your hourly activity goal.
Please reply to the following questions to gather more information about it:
- Is the display turning on when it vibrates?
- What are you doing when it changes between apps?
Keep me posted!

Mine is doing the same thing. I have restarted it. That did not help.

I let battery die out for few days then recharged it and it's working fine
again.
