Ionic issues after firmware + lack of customer support

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’m not sure if this is the right platform for this topic but since it is a problem with my ionic watch , I will be posting here.

I have been experiencing issues after firmware update and android app update.

The ionic no longer logs any form of data and simply acts as a digital watch. Meaning that there is no data such as heart rate, steps, sleep, etc.

I have posted on the forum regarding this issue but there is no reply from the moderators or Fitbit support. I have also sent Fitbit support a email through the Fitbit website including what have done and what phone I am using.

However after the first response, I replied that after following the instructions in the email , the situation remained the same.

It has been 4 days and I have not had any response since the first email from Fitbit-support.

There has been no explanation on the situation or any help from Fitbit.

Having been a customer for 5 years , I am greatly grieved that Fitbit treats customers in such manner. The lack of closure is disappointing and has left me unsure if I should continue to wait for Fitbit-Support .
