Ionic keeps on counting steps

Hi 

 

My fitbit keeps on counting steps (ionic) and it woke me up this morning because of the 10k.

 

Need a fix quick. Disappointed as this is my fourth fitbit....

The only chance of a quick fix is if it is a software glitch, in which case restarting it might help: press and hold the back and bottom buttons for around 10 seconds until the logo appears.
