My ionic keeps showing the logo, flashing on and off. Occasionally it will show the normal screen. How can I fix it?

@Whatsgoingon It's great to see you on the Community. 

I appreciate the details mentioned. I would like you to restart your watch and if after this your Fitbit logo keeps showing, you might want to try performing a factory reset.

I've restarted my watch many times. No luck

I can't do a factory reset because I can't use the screen, only the buttons. There is nothing I can access on the screen because it's only showing the logo or nothing at all.

What next?

Even I am experiencing same issue. Watch shows just logo, nothing else. I switched off since it failed to sync and on restart , I just could see logo, which doesn't go away at all.
